|Frequently Asked Questions?|
Q. I want to thank people for their hospitality by sending them gift baskets. Will you take care of this for me? Is it one large fee, or what?
A. It depends. We charge a per-transaction fee, plus costs. If we send gift baskets to five people in five cities, there will be a fee for each. If all the people are in one city or metropolitan area, we then contact just one vendor, and charge one transaction fee.
Q. We want to give a private theme party for 50 people here in Hollywood Hills. We'll have personalized autographed photos for each guest. Will you make all of the arrangements?
A. In a heartbeat. Well . . . almost! This is something we do throughout the country, and our clients have never been disappointed in our world-class service.
Q. My parents live near Chicago, and we want to give them a fantastic 25th wedding celebration. Can you charter a yacht for the afternoon and evening on Lake Michigan, along with a maitre-d, sommelier, chef, string quartet, and transportation to and from our hotel? There will be 43 of us, ranging from ages 3 months to 89.
A. No problem. Let's get started!
Q. My company wants to let its employees know they are appreciated. We've been approached by several concierge services. Why should we choose World Class Concierge Services to outsource these services.
A. Probably because we have years of experience in the corporate field, and fully understand both the management perspective and the busy employee perspective.
Companies provide more and more personal services to help employees stay productive on the job, and allowing employees access to a concierge is one way to demonstrate the value of employees.
Management sets up an account with us, with a discounted per-transaction fee, and we do the rest. We arrange for any number of activities: food services, dry cleaning services, corporate massage therapy, gift buying and delivery, transportation: there's no limit to what a good concierge can do to help keep employees productive. In effect, we become part of the corporate team. If productivity increases, everyone is happy.
Q. I am thinking of becoming a concierge, and have read your ad for Concierge In A Box, a training manual. I live in a big city, and would love to become a corporate concierge. I've just been laid off from an administrative job, and I love helping others solve problems. Do you think I could do it?
A. It takes a special kind of person to be a concierge: one has to be a self-starter, service oriented, task oriented, and extremely well organized. Additionally, you need to be an excellent communicator. If you're serious, you might give us a call, and we can quickly determine if you are a good fit for this industry. If so, you can buy Concierge In A Box and get started. You won't regret it, and we'll be here if you need us.
Q. My wife and I are flying to Paris in a couple of months for our 10th anniversary. We want to spend one evening in the finest café, with the best food and wine, followed by the finest evening's entertainment. What can you do for us?
A. You tell us where you'll be staying, and when, and some other relevant details, and we guarantee you will have a an evening to remember.
Q. For my grandson's 5th birthday, we'd like to have a charming place for a party, sandwiches, cake, and decorations, and a couple of clowns to entertain. Do you do things like this?
A. All the time. Let's talk.
